For immediate release – “The most important thing I have to do tonight,” said 59th State Senate District candidate Cynthia Appleton, “is to thank everyone for the privilege of running for this seat. I am truly honored by the support I received from people at the ballot box, and I am humbled by the many people who donated their time or made other contributions to this campaign.”

Appleton went on to note that she wanted to congratulate Patrick Gallivan for his victory. “We had different ideas about how to get there, but we all want what is right for the 59th District.”
