NY Uprising, the group formed by former NYC Mayor Ed Koch and others to make sure this election changes Albany, has named Cynthia Appleton a “Hero of Reform.” Cynthia will be joining Mayor Koch at his appearance in Buffalo, Wednesday, August 4.
